RedLaw focuses exclusively on partner-level and senior lateral hires within leading law firms. We work with Magic Circle, Silver Circle, US, and boutique firms across all practice areas.

Each of our founders, Jonathan Bokhari and Amy Handasyde, are former practising lawyers. Today we are selective about who we represent and how we operate. We don't work on retainers, but on people who have won our confidence.

We are a boutique, strategist-led firm. We do not operate from a database. Every search is tailored and led by a senior recruiter, and our track record over 15 years speaks to our discretion, selectivity, and human values.

Due to the sensitive nature of senior-level recruitment, many of our mandates are confidential. We encourage candidates to register with us directly for a discreet conversation about the market.

We start with a detailed briefing to understand your firm's culture, strategic priorities, and the specifics of the hire. From there, we conduct a targeted, discreet search and present a shortlist of qualified candidates.
